Core Academic Membership

With our Core Academic Membership we are creating a Christ centered, fun engineering focused learning experience, without grades and strict institutionalized learning agendas. To provide a small school house setting that allows students to learn in a fluid manner, with fun and engaging lessons, always putting God and families first.

Students will meet Tuesday-Thursday from 8:00am - 3:00pm and Fridays from 9:00am - 2:00pm.

Tuesday-Thursday students will focus on core curriculum in the mornings, then enjoy a lunch and recess. In the afternoon students will engage in hands on STEM activities to support core learning.

Discovery Fridays will be an extension day for students. This day will allow enriched learning that will reinforce what students have done during the week. Students will have lots of hands on science, art, crafts, outdoor play, and social skills. Every third Friday of the month class will meet at a fun local destination.

Core Curriculum

Teachers will use Our Father's World for core curriculum. We feel that this curriculum provides a Godly foundation that aligns with our views on education. Our Father's World supports learning adventures that take a thematic approach to explore God's world through faith-building read-alouds, hands-on activities, science projects, math, and Christian messages woven throughout the year.

While our core curriculum is purchased as a package, we strive to incorporate up-to-date materials and methodologies. To that end, our curriculum is under continual review and revision by teachers. All STEAM activities will be teacher created to support core learning in fun and engaging new ways.
